Dimitri (glasses) is the assistant to the self-made mob boss Osiris (right).  Hiddleston and Fassbender not only look so much like them (hence the refs used), but their acting styles are such a brilliant match. Dimitri is a subtle sort of not good, manipulating things from the background. Osiris is more of the openly evil. Shark grin and all.
